The University of Balamand is a non-profit and independent institution of higher education. It was founded in 1988 and today operating in 5 campuses across Lebanon.


As a notable university trying to be on the run with the latest trends, UOB PR team had contacted Right Service to provide their team 2- Day social media workshop highlighting on the effective usage of social media platforms for universities with stressing on social media rules and guidelines.


The workshop had gained a great positive feedback from the university’s management and team; this had pushed them to renew the collaboration by asking Right Service to prepare their social media policy including guidelines, best practices and does & don’ts to support their first line of defense in eliminating risk for unguided or irresponsible social media usage that can have vast ramifications for UOB brand image.
